Booking Terms & Conditions

• 50% deposit upfront to have booking confirmed.
• Balance 7-14 days prior to arrival.
• R500 breakage fee, repayable within 48hrs after departure.
• No smoking in apartment, only on the balconies.
• No pets allowed.
• 6 Adults - Maximum.
• Linen change is every 5 days.
• Towels changed twice a week.
• Arrival is 2pm & Departure is 11am.
• Apartment serviced Mon, Wed, Fri.
• Normal body corporate rules and regulations apply.
• Point Development area do not allow washing on balconies.
• Cancellation less than 14 days forfeits 50% of deposit.
• Cancellation less than 7 days forfeits 100% of deposit.
